Role Description

Join us and help our customers learn how to get the most out of using Elevate Services’ Cael Product Solutions Suite and keep them coming back for more.  Your ability to explain Elevate Services’ Cael Product Solution Suite is valuable and desired.

Specifically, You Will...

Work closely with the Elevate Sales and support them in their efforts to close new business opportunities. 

  • Be able to lead/drive product demonstrations that are focused on the customer needs/personas.
  • Be able to customize presentations and pivot on the fly, understanding how our products work within the overall technology ecosystem (i.e. they might be using others for some pieces and us for others – how does it integrate).
  • Work on various internal as well as external projects.
  • Practice and drill on various customer business processes, sales demos and presentations, implementation methodologies, discovery and questioning techniques.
  • Keep up with the latest Cael Products release and functionality.
  • Keep up with vision path of each product.

Candidates must have the ability to learn and understand customer business processes and have the creative mindset to apply Elevate Services’ Cael Product Suite solutions for solving clients’ business process dilemma. May require off-hours and weekend time. Some travel may be required.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Videochat software.
  • Common understanding of SaaS products.


  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years as a sales engineer.
  • Ideally, coming from consulting, legal services, or law firm background.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and willingness to learn new things.
  • Demonstrated strengths in quantitative analysis, and an ability to think creatively to achieve solutions.
  • Demonstrated skills in adapting, multi-tasking and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player or as part of a project team.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong computer skills required and demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with internet-based applications.
