Elevate is searching for a Legal Delivery Center Lead to set up and lead a delivery center based in Krakow, Poland. You will have the responsibility of entire center operations, including quality, finance, HR and IT. Your role will include ensuring center compliance and performance. Your role may also include working on customer projects as required.

You will be responsible for maintaining efficient work environment, sufficient operating supplies, conducting recruitment, training, people development and guidance. The role includes also providing contract management, commercial and transactional support for customers, working both independently on assigned projects, and collaboratively with the customer's in house Legal team. This role may also involve handling negotiations and building relationships with the customers. The successful candidate shall be able to support projects involving negotiation process for large deals, considering legal risks and business requirements. The role involves being responsible for managing customer relationships.

Experience

  • 12+ years relevant experience
  • Reviewing/ redlining commercial contracts
  • Working with multicultural teams
  • Conducting simple to complex legal research and memorandum drafting

Skills/Qualifications

  • ​Degree in Law or Finance preferred 
  • Advanced English language skills
