Job Description

Elevate’s customer, a top-tier Investment Management Firm, is looking for Contract Associate to join its Employee Contracts team for 3-6 months. This team ensures the Firm has the correct contractual protections in-place to help protect the company’s Intellectual Property. The Contract Associate will have a primary focus on the process and execution of offers and employee contracts. 

Specifically you will:

  • Draft standard and custom offer letters.
  • Draft employment contracts and manage high volume contract process for current employees.
  • Maintain and improve data sets used to track contract types.
  • Provide reporting to managers and cross department partners.
  • Improve documentation and develop a “library” of contract knowledge.
  • Partner with attorneys to provide employment contract subject matter expertise.
  • Evaluate contract impact of employee role changes.

Experience:

  • 4+ years' work experience in a high-intensity, deliverable-focused, fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills to help drive forward the progression of the function.
  • Proven track record to handle and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Ability to quickly manage high volume of varied requests while maintaining detail level quality standards.
  • Computer savvy with expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Experience drafting legal documents is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
