Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to work for a leading in-house organisation. The contract is for 12 months and will offer fantastic experience. 

Key duties:

  • New client amendments to contracts.
  • Addendums.
  • NDA’s.
  • Partner agreement.
  • Novations.

The role is a Commercial contracts role supporting UK sales and will be interesting and fast-paced. There could be some Corporate work if the candidate has relevant experience. The role offers great exposure to Senior Lawyers and will involve lots of interaction across the business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Essential experience and skills for success:

  • A minimum of 1 Year experience working as a Commercial Paralegal for a Large International Law Firm or International Organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, responsive, and committed to producing high quality work.
  • Flexible, and willing to pitch in on matters and projects, even if the work falls outside your normal scope of duties.
  • Can act independently, and use good judgment, but also not afraid to ask questions.
  • Professionalism in both verbal and written work.
