Job Description

Elevate’s customer, an Am Law 100 law firm, is looking for a capital markets attorney to work full-time at its offices for 3-6 months supporting other attorneys in the Capital Markets practice group.      

Specifically you will:

  • You will exercise sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of capital markets transactions. 
  • Support partners in on-going transactions and counseling of clients.


  • 3+ years' in advising companies across the following areas: Public Company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions, corporate governance and corporate counseling 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, maturity and judgment.   
  • Large law firm experience.

  • Superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and superior reading comprehension.
  • Rapid turnaround in a fast-paced environment is a must.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • JD required and licensed in good standing in California.
